Role Description: The Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager of Operations for Corporate MICE will oversee the planning and execution of corporate meetings and incentive programs both within India and overseas. Experience Required:

2. Graphic Designer (3D Designer)

Role Description: As a Graphic Designer specializing in 3D design, you will be an integral part of our Design Team, bringing creative concepts to life through high-quality visualizations. You will collaborate closely with the Operations Team to ensure designs align with event goals and branding standards. This role requires an individual who thrives under tight deadlines, can multitask effectively, and is passionate about creating visually impactful designs. You will contribute to various projects, including events, communications, and client presentations, while ensuring high standards in every visual aspect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the Design Team to visualize and execute creative concepts.
• Partner with the Operations Team to integrate design elements into event planning and execution.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
• Handle a variety of design tasks, including event layouts, communication materials, and client presentations.
• Contribute expertise in 3D visualization for impactful event designs.
• Additional skills in PPT, video editing, and animation (Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro) are a plus.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficient in 3D design software, including 3D MAX, Vray, and related tools, as well as CorelDraw, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Additional experience in Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and PPT is preferred.
• 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in an event company, focused on 3D design and visualization.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines with both individual initiative and as part of a collaborative team.

Manager- Business Development (Corporate MICE) (Work from Home)

Role Description: In this role, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our corporate MICE business in Mumbai. Working remotely, you will identify new business opportunities, establish relationships with key corporate clients, and drive sales to achieve business objectives.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years in business development or sales, specifically in the MICE industry.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
